EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ANDREW VEDLITZ was named Account Supervisor at ProServ
     Consulting.  Vedlitz comes from Chicago-based WCJ Event
     Marketing (ProServ)....JOHN STILLSON has been promoted from
     Promotions Coordinator to Manager of Advertising &
     Promotions at SportsChannel FL (SCFL)....The USOC has four
     promotions in the Int'l Games Preparation Division: STEVE
     SAYE was named Associate Dir of Int'l Games Preparation;
     GARY MOY was named Manager, Games Operations; BRIAN
     DOUGHERTY was named Games Publications Coordinator; and Dir
     of Games Operations DOUG INGRAM will assume additional
     duties as part of the restructuring of the Division (USOC).
