          RICK WINSTON has left his position as Dir of PR at the
     NHLPA.  The NHLPA had no comment on a possible successor
     (THE DAILY)....The board of the NJ Sports & Exposition
     Authority voted unanimously to appoint DENNIS ROBINSON
     President/CEO of the body that runs the Meadowlands Sports
     complex, and other facilities in NJ (N.Y. TIMES, 3/21)....
     One-On-One Sports promoted CAROLYN PHILLIPS to VP Dir/
     Marketing.  Phillips will be in charge of all communication
     areas for the net and its O&Os (One-On-One Sports).
