ESPN'S WINTER X GAMES SPONSORSHIP FALLS INTO THE GAP

          The GAP has signed on as the final associate sponsor of
     ESPN's second-annual Winter X Games from January 15-18 in
     Crested Butte, CO.  The GAP joins Salomon, the U.S. Marines,
     Visa, Speed Stick Ultimate and Starburst Fruit Twister at
     the associate sponsor level.  All six of last year's Winter
     X Games gold sponsors -- AT&T, Nike, Mountain Dew, Pringles,
     Taco Bell and Volkswagen -- had renewed for this year's
     event.  Sponsorship benefits include a complete package of
     ESPN, ESPN2, ESPN Radio and ESPN SportsZone and print
     exposure, along with on-site and hospitality opportunities. 
     A special 24-page "Guide to Winter X" will be in 550,000
     copies of the year-end double issue of Rolling Stone
     magazine and 160,000 copies of Snowboarder magazine (ESPN).

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth. Later in the show, we hear from ESPN’s VP of Programming and Acquisitions Tim Reed as the NFL Draft gets set to kick off on Thursday night in Motown.
