WASHINGTON SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT CALLS ON SOCRATES FOR HELP

          Va-based MVSI, Inc. subsidiary Socrates Computer
     Systems Inc. has inked a three-year partnership with
     Washington Sports & Entertainment (WSE) to become the
     official and exclusive computer company supporting WSE, MCI
     Center, US Airways Arena, the Wizards and Capitals. Socrates
     will provide computer hardware, training and support
     services to WSE and MCI Center employees.  In return,
     Socrates will receive visibility for its technology products
     and services at both arenas, in addition to the publications
     and shows produced by WSE for TV, cable and radio (MVSI).
