EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The Corel WTA Tour announced that SARA CLARKE, Senior
     Communications Manager, Europe, is leaving the Tour October
     1 to become Events/Ambassadors Organizer for the World Cup
     2006 Campaign for the English Football Association.  Clarke
     has spent the last five years with the Tour (Corel WTA
     Tour)....GA-based Collegiate Licensing Co. named JENNIFER
     NORTON as its Communications Coordinator, replacing SCOTT
     BOUYACK who was promoted to Retail Marketing Manager.  Also,
     ALYSSA MIDDLETON was named Promotion & Special Projects
     Marketing Manager, replacing JENNIFER BLACKMON, who was
     promoted to Dir of Non-University Properties in the
     Licensing Department (BRANDWEEK, 9/22)....PepsiCo named
     PHILIP MARINEAU, the former Quaker Oats exec "who was
     praised for the success of Gatorade," as its new President &
     CEO of Pepsi-Cola North America (N.Y. TIMES, 9/25).
