LONG REPORTED REEBOK-WNBA DEAL OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED

          Reebok and the WNBA have officially signed a multi-year
     marketing deal beginning this month, making Reebok an
     official footwear supplier to the WNBA.  Reebok will market
     its on-court footwear presence through advertising on WNBA
     telecasts that will feature Reebok endorsers (Reebok).
          TAKING LIBERTY: The New York Liberty's Rebecca Lobo
     will star in new Reebok 30- and 60-second TV spots.  The 60-
     second spot debuts during tomorrow night's NBA Finals Game
     Six on NBC, while the 30-second spot will highlight Lobo's
     signature shoe, "The Lobo" (Reebok).  Lobo is the second
     woman to have her own signature shoe, joining the Houston
     Comets' Sheryl Swoopes (Joe Burris, BOSTON GLOBE, 6/12).
          NEW LICENSEES: The WNBA has granted licenses to CA-
     based Aminco for produce pins, earrings and pendants; WA-
     based Costacos for posters; NY-based PhotoFile for
     collectible photos and MN-based Wincraft for merchandise
     including key rings and pennants (WNBA).
