LOGO ATHLETIC TIES $1M PROMO TO SUPER BOWL XXXI KICK-OFF

          Logo Athletic will award one grand prize winner the
     chance to win $1M in the Logo Athletic "Big Return" Super
     Bowl promo.  The winner gets an all-expenses paid trip for
     two to the Super Bowl and will win $1M if the opening
     kickoff is returned for a touchdown.  Staged in Buffalo,
     Milwaukee, and New Orleans, the promo ties a retailer and
     media together while Logo Athletic provides display
     materials and prizes.  A drawing will determine the winner.

          SUPER BOWL NEWS & NOTES: USA TODAY's "Super Bowl Ad
     Watch" profiles the Nat'l Pork Producers Council spot
     produced by Bozell Worldwide.  The 30-second ad is set
     during a medieval royal banquet (USA TODAY, 1/15).
     ...NEWSWEEK's Richard Turner looks at Super Bowl ads in
     under the header "The Ad Game: It's The Spots That Count On
     Super Sunday, The Great American Holiday And The Only TV
     Event That Still Pulls 140 Million Viewers Into The Same
     Tent" (NEWSWEEK, 1/20 issue)....Ticket brokers for the Super
     Bowl have been quoting prices "generally" starting at $1,250
     for upper-level end zone seats (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL,
     1/15)....MA State Police reportedly seized about $25,000
     worth of unlicensed Patriots merchandise at Sunday's AFC
     Championship game in Foxboro (BOSTON GLOBE, 1/15).
     ...M&M/Mars will break a spot during the Super Bowl pre-game
