There are only 156 days until the '96 Summer Games kick off
in Atlanta, but the IOC's TOP sponsors are up and running on the
Web. The TOP sponsors are the ten companies that have signed
deals for the current four-year Olympic cycle (TOP III). For
more on TOP, head to the IOC's site at http://www.olympic.org.
From there, click on to ACOG's official site at
http://www.atlanta.olympic.org. Under the "Sponsor" button at
the bottom of the main page you will find a list of TOP and ACOG
partners, as well as all other official Atlanta sponsors. Of the
TOP sponsors, only John Hancock and Bausch & Lomb did not have
links from the ACOG sponsor page. Here is what you'll find at
the eight others. 1) Coca-Cola. At
http://www.cocacola.com/olympics has news on the torch relay,
links to Atlanta-themed Web sites and an Olympic pin exchange.
2) Visa Olympics news can be found under the "Special
Events" button on their main page (http://www.visa.com/cgi-
bin/vee/se/main.html?@2+0). The main focus is the U.S. Olympic
decathlon team, but there is also a trivia page.
3) Sports Illustrated. Found inside Time Warner's
Pathfinder, the SI Olympic site (http://pathfinder.com/
