SCRUMPTIOUS, WHEN YOU DUNK IT, THAT'S WHY NBA LIKES NESTLE

     The NBA and Nestle Chocolate & Confections announced the
renewal of their partnership making Nestle the "Official Candy of
the NBA," in a multi-year extension. The deal will include
Nestle's first-ever title sponsorship of the Slam Dunk contest
during the NBA's All-Star Weekend, which will be dubbed the
"Nestle Crunch Slam-Dunk." In addition, all Slam-Dunk activities
within the NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by Fleer will be
sponsored by Nestle: the Nestle Crunch Slam-Dunk court for fans;
the Nestle Crunch Mascot Slam-Dunk; and the Nestle Crunch
Celebrity Slam-Dunk. The NBA and Nestle will cooperate in
expanding NBA-themed consumer promotions at the national level
with local team extensions and extensive national retail tie-ins
involving NBA-licensed products, and Nestle will continue to
