Goodwill Games Organizing Committee.  He is currently Head of
Planning and Coordinating for Atlanta Olympic Broadcasting
(Goodwill Games)....ROBERT MALANDRA has been named Dir/Planning
and Admin for PRISM/SportsChannel Philadelphia (BROADCASTING &
CABLE, 9/25 issue)....MARK ANDREW ZWARTYNSKI has been named
Senior VP/Business Ops for the IHL Milwaukee Admirals.  He was
formerly Dir of Ticket Sales, Game Operations & Marketing for the
Pacers. ...  JOHN CLARK was appointed Dir of Ticket Sales for the
Admirals.  He was Marketing Coordinator with Huffy Sports
(Admirals). ....AL HOWELL has resigned as Governor of the Ottawa
Rough Riders pending the outcome of 21-related fraud charges. He
will remain involved in operations of the club (OTTAWA CITIZEN,
9/27)....The Sharks have announced FRANK JIRIK as Exec VP & COO
of San Jose Arena Management (SportsTicker).
