     Panthers/Marlins/Dolphins Owner WAYNE HUIZENGA and his
Republic Waste Co. are profiled in the CHICAGO TRIBUNE.  Huizenga
says electronics-security for commercial establishments is his
"next target" (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 8/27). ....Lightning Exec VP
CHRIS PHILLIPS was shot Friday in Tampa after a confrontation at
a traffic light.  Phillips was hit in the lower left arm
(WASHINGTON POST, 8/26).... ELTON JOHN attended Friday's Cubs-
Braves game in Chicago after a concert Thursday night at the
United Center (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 8/27)....While in L.A. this
summer to film "Space Jam," MICHAEL JORDAN is renting a six
bedroom home for nearly $50,000 for his two month stay.  The
75,000-square foot home has no basketball hoop (L.A. TIMES,
8/26)....BOB ARUM and DON KING were interviewed on "The CBS
Sports Show."  Asked about a Tyson/Foreman bout, Arum said, "When
there is a will there is a way, and there is no guy in boxing,
and I say that really with respect, there's no guy that can make
things happen and has a way to make them happen than Don King.
And working together with Don, I think we can make a
Foreman/Tyson fight happen in March, because that is the fight
that the public wants to see" (CBS, 8/26).
