MEDIA NOTES

     The CISL has announced that Prime Sports will distribute a
minimum of six games during the '95 season to its system of
regional affiliates, reaching more than 40 million homes
nationwide.  The '95 CISL schedule on Prime kicks off with the
All-Star Game on August 16 (CISL)....This week, The Golf Channel
launches an on-air campaign offering fans a chance to play a
round with TGC Co-Founder & Chair Arnold Palmer.  To be eligible,
viewers need to recruit a friend to subscribe.  The promotion
runs through December 31, with a drawing on January 8 (AD AGE
ONLINE, 7/26)....The NBC News Channel and Phoenix Communications
have signed an exclusive agreement that will provide NBC
affiliates with daily highlights, news and features from
Phoenix's Sports NewSatellite (SNS) feed service (NBC)....In New
York, Phil Mushnick reports TNT execs were prepared to "can"
Warren Moon "immediately" after hearing of charges he abused his
wife.  However, they decided to keep him on while monitoring his
presence in counseling sessions (N.Y. POST, 7/26).
