POLL SHOWS BOSTON RESIDENTS NOT SOLD ON MEGAPLEX DEAL

     A majority of Boston residents remain unconvinced that the
$1B megaplex project should be built, according to a new poll in
today's BOSTON HERALD.  The poll of 301 Boston residents
conducted last Wednesday, shows only 43% say they support the
megaplex, 31% oppose it, and 26% had no opinion (Joe Battenfeld,
BOSTON HERALD, 7/17).
