BOWLING AND FISHING TOP PARTICPATION SURVEY BY SGMA

     The Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association released their"Sports in America: A Statistical Summary."   According to SGMA,sports and recreation continue to be a major component of dailylife in the U.S.  Their survey is based on participation in asport at least once in '94.  The trends also show the top winnersand losers in percent change in U.S. participation from '93-94(SGMA).
