Timing Is Everything

Visa on Thursday unveiled a new campaign, "One Moment," which "concentrates on female empowerment and acceptance" ahead of the Women’s World Cup in France. Visa signed a "landmark" seven-year partnership with UEFA women’s soccer in December. Last month, the brand "pledged to spend as much" on marketing the women’s tournament as it did on the 2018 World Cup. Created alongside Saatchi & Saatchi, the global campaign features one 60-second spot as well as "a series of short personal documentaries" inspired by Visa ambassadors Lucy Bronze (Great Britain), Kim Little (Scotland) and Nadia Nadim (Denmark). "One Moment" will run in 33 markets for the next two months (MARKETING WEEK, 5/2).
