Ed Kiernan Exits Johnson Controls HOF Village; Michael Levy In

Ed Kiernan has left his position as Chief Commercial Officer of the Johnson Controls HOF Village, the mixed-use development partially controlled by the Pro Football HOF. Kiernan, the co-founder of Engine Shop and a '14 SBJ Forty Under 40 honoree, is leaving to form a startup that aims to provide real-time streaming metrics to media agencies, brands and content providers. Former NBA G League Canton Charge President Michael Levy will be the Village's new President of Operations, reporting to CEO Michael Crawford.

This comes after a trio of former Canton Repository newspaper execs joined the HOF earlier this year. Former Repository Publisher Jim Porter came on as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer. Former Repository Exec Editor Rich Desrosiers has joined the HOF as VP/Communications & PR. Jennifer Grisez, former VP/Marketing at the newspaper, joined the HOF with the same title.
