Music City Bowl Gets New Title Sponsor Starting With '20 Game

TransPerfect, a B2B provider of language and tech solutions, has reached a multiyear deal to become the new title sponsor of the college bowl game at Nissan Stadium, which will become the TransPerfect Music City Bowl next season. The new entitlement agreement coincides with a new six-year deal among bowl organizers, the SEC and Big Ten. The game, televised annually on ESPN, will remain the Franklin American Music City Bowl for this year's contest on Dec. 30 featuring Louisville-Mississippi State (THE DAILY).

Meanwhile, more than 40,000 tickets have been sold for the game, and "officials expect the total to reach at least 50,000" (Nashville TENNESSEAN, 12/18).
