Panthers, Jaguars Set To Unveil Millions In Stadium Upgrades

The NFL Panthers on Friday will "show off a newly made-over Bank of America Stadium to the public for the first time" as part of their Fan Fest, and fans "will notice plenty of changes at the 18-year-old stadium." The team "has wrapped up the first phase of major renovations" (CHARLOTTEOBSERVER.com, 7/24).

Meanwhile, the Jaguars on Saturday night will unveil about $63M in upgrades to EverBank Field, including their video displays and a new two-level plaza area. The video boards measure 60 feet high and 362 feet long, making them the largest of their kind in the world The unveiling will come after a Fulham-DC United exhibition and before a Carrie Underwood concert (Jaguars). Fulham noted the club's merchandise "will be available" at EverBank Field on Saturday (TWITTER.com, 7/25).
