CAA Sports Now Represents Tim Tebow Both On, Off Field

CAA Sports, which has long represented Tim Tebow on the field, now represents him in all areas, a change that could suggest a more concerted focus on non-football opportunities. A team of agents, led by CAA Sports co-Head Michael Levine, prominent broadcasting agent Nick Khan and NFL player agent Jimmy Sexton, will represent him for football, endorsements, broadcasting and other endeavors. Previously, Tebow was represented by WME for off-the-field work and by Sexton for football contract work.

“While we continue to explore opportunities for Tim to return to the NFL, we have also received a great deal of interest in his off-the-field initiatives,” Sexton said. “Tim is a unique athlete, whose abilities transcend football, and we look forward to working together to help him accomplish his goals – both on and off the field.” Sexton, who has represented Tebow since before he was drafted in the '10 NFL Draft, said Tebow’s priority still is to play in the NFL. But Tebow has not seen action in the NFL since being cut by the Patriots on Aug. 31.
