49ers, Cowboys Owners Give Millions To School In Arkansas
49ers and Cowboys ownership on Friday announced that they and an anonymous donor had pledged nearly $10M to a fundraising campaign for Catholic High School in Little Rock, Arkansas. The funds "will pay for modernized classrooms, an updated athletic field and air conditioning." 49ers co-Owner & Chair John York graduated from the parochial school in '67. Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones' sons Stephen and Jerry Jr. graduated in '83 and '88, respectively (AP, 10/11).
