Nike Sets Lofty Revenue Goals For '15, '17 At Investors Meeting
Nike CEO Mark Parker in a meeting with investors and analysts today said that the company will reach $36B in wholesale revenue by FY '17 and $30B by FY '15. Other fiscal targets for '17 include apparel to grow from $7.5B to $10B; women's business to grow from $4B to $7B; and e-commerce business to grow from nearly $550M to $2B. Nike Brand President Trevor Edwards, who also presented at the event at Nike's Oregon HQs, said that "the company has recalibrated its approach" in Greater China (OREGONLIVE.com, 10/9).
