Sportsnet today announced that it will televise nearly 200 EPL matches in Canada for the '13-14 season, starting with a doubleheader on Aug. 17 (Rogers).

Dial Global today announced a three-season deal with U.K.-based radio network talkSPORT to air live coverage of EPL, FA Cup and Capital One Cup soccer matches. The deal includes coverage of nearly 400 matches per year (Dial Global).

Academy Sports + Outdoors today announced multiyear partnerships with the Univ. of Kansas, Kansas State Univ. and the Univ. of Missouri to carry licensed products from those schools. This comes as Academy prepares to open two new K.C.-area stores (Academy Sports + Outdoors).
