Bills Promote Whaley To GM, Add Two More Personnel Execs

The Bills today formally announced that they have promoted Doug Whaley to GM, and made their front office overhaul "even more comprehensive" by unveiling several other personnel moves. The team hired Saints scout Jim Monos as Dir of Player Personnel and Steelers scout Kelvin Fisher as Dir of College Scouting (BUFFALONEWS.com, 5/16). Whaley was hired as Assistant GM and Dir of Player Personnel three years ago and "has seen his role expand almost annually since" (BUFFALOBILLS.com, 5/16).
