A source said that the new American Athletic Conference and Mohegan Sun Arena are "near a deal that would bring the first AAC women's basketball championship tournament to the arena" in March '14. The length of the deal is "still being negotiated" (SNYUCONN.com, 4/24).
The Chiefs today announced Arrowhead Stadium will host the '13 Missouri Classic football game between Grambling State Univ. and Lincoln Univ. on Sept. 14 at 4:30pm CT (Chiefs).
