E-Trade Returns As Super Bowl Advertiser; Go Daddy Unveils Spot

E-Trade is bringing its "famous smack-talking TV baby" back to the Super Bowl with "one 30-second spot set to air in the third quarter" of CBS' Feb. 3 broadcast. This will mark the online trading company's "sixth year as a participant in the event." Grey, N.Y., is the ad agency behind the brand's spot.

Go Daddy released the first of two 30-second Super Bowl spots, "YourBigIdea.CO." The ad, via Deutsch, N.Y., "encourages you to register a website for your big idea before someone else gets there first." The second ad will feature driver Danica Patrick and model Bar Refaeli. One ad will be the "second spot in the second commercial break of the game" with the other slated to run "after the two-minute warning in the game's fourth quarter" (ADAGE.com, 1/25).
