Larry H. Miller Group Of Cos. Today Announces Partial Restructuring

Larry H. Miller Group of Cos. CEO Greg Miller today announced a partial restructuring that includes the formation of three new divisions: Miller Management Corp., Miller Sports Properties and Miller Retail Properties. The properties previously known as Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment are now two separate areas of operation. Steve Miller has been appointed COO of Miller Sports Properties, which includes the Jazz, Triple-A PCL Salt Lake Bees, EnergySolutions Arena, Miller Motorsports Park and the Tour of Utah cycling event. Jazz CFO and Fanzz President Bob Hyde has been named Exec VP of Miller Retail Properties, which includes the Fanzz sports apparel stores (Larry H. Miller Group).
