ESPN today unveiled a new logo for "Monday Night Football." Meanwhile, the commentator team of Mike Tirico, Jon Gruden and Ron Jaworski will remain intact (ESPN).

The UFL today announced its schedule for the '11 season. The five teams will play a total of 20 regular-season games over a period of 10 weeks, beginning Aug. 13. The schedule features 11 games on Saturdays, five games on Sundays and four games on Fridays (UFL).

SAP is partnering with the Sharks to further develop a sports and event version of its Business ByDesign software (SAP).

The NASCAR Foundation today announced that Office Depot will offer new NASCAR Unites wristbands at more than 1,100 retail locations nationwide (NASCAR Foundation).
 
Rogers Media today formally announced that it will launch Canada's first national bi-weekly sports magazine this fall. Sportsnet magazine will be published 26 times a year and will launch with a circulation of 100,000 copies (Rogers Media).

UFC fighters Mark Hominick and Sam Stout have agreed to endorse Xyience's Xenergy brand. Xenergy is the official energy drink of the UFC (Xyience).
