Drivers Embark On Media Blitz To Promote Indianapolis 500

All 33 drivers in the Indianapolis 500 starting grid are taking part in a "media blitz" this week leading up to Sunday's race. Appearances in 13 North American cities began today. Helio Castroneves, Dario Franchitti and Danica Patrick today will "flip the switch" to turn the Empire State Building green in honor of the race's 100th anniversary. Alex Tagliani, James Hinchcliffe and Paul Tracy "will celebrate Victoria Day with fellow Canadians in Toronto." Tagliani, Scott Dixon and Oriol Servia, who make up the front row, tomorrow "will visit many of the properties at ESPN in Bristol, Conn." Below is a full list of visits (INDYCAR.com, 5/23).
