Heisman Trophy winner and Pro Football Hall of Famer Tim Brown is one of the most decorated athletes to ever play the game of football. During his collegiate career, Brown was awarded the Heisman Trophy at Notre Dame in 1987. After his Heisman season, Brown was selected sixth overall by the Oakland Raiders. His fame and success with the Raiders’ organization earned him both the title “Mr. Raider” and the honor of being enshrined into the 2015 Pro Football Hall of Fame. Brown is the only wide receiver to win the Heisman Trophy and earn enshrinement into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Today, Brown is the CEO of Elite Team Holdings LLC, and in this role he is partnering with a handful of the select football legends who have made the Heisman to Hall journey by launching HtoH. HtoH is a platform developed by the most decorated legends in football history to symbolize the power of connectivity with a mission to create a legacy in the community greater than their epic on-field accomplishments. HtoH will include a documentary-style special, a speaker series featuring HtoH legends, and a foundation missioned to support communities affected by natural disasters.
Additionally, Brown is heavily involved in the community. He is a key figure in the “9-1-1 for Kids” program which teaches children emergency preparedness, as well as an ambassador to the President's Physical Fitness Council. Tim is a man of God, an active member in his church and routinely speaks to groups about his faith. Brown is also an author; his book, “The Making of a Man: How Men and Boys Honor God and Live with Integrity” was published in May 2014, and works as a host on Sirius Radio's NFL and College Football pregame and recaps.
Brown currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and four children.
