Kerry Tatlock

Senior VP, Marketing Partnerships, NBA

As Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships at the National Basketball Association, Kerry A. Tatlock oversees the marketing partner relationships globally for the NBA, WNBA, NBA G League and NBA 2K League, and is responsible for leading marketing and event partnerships for USA Basketball.

Through operations in New York and the league’s regional offices, Tatlock and her team work closely with partners in developing integrated, season-long marketing programs that incorporate multiple league assets, including events, media, content, retail and promotional platforms. She also manages the group’s global infrastructure and identifies efficiencies and best practices across the league’s regional offices, with a focus on driving business opportunities for new and existing partnerships.

Prior to her current role, Tatlock served as a Vice President, Senior Director and Director within the Global Partnerships group, where she started in 2005. She spent the 2011-12 season and the start of the 2012-13 season in London, managing the league’s marketing partnerships and business development efforts for NBA Europe, Middle East & Africa. Tatlock specifically focused on the league’s activities in the region leading up to the 2012 Olympics and the European preseason tour in October 2012. Prior to her assignment in Europe, Tatlock directed global and domestic marketing partner relationships and developed marketing platforms for league sponsors.

Tatlock graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in political science.

Building Healthier Communities and Improving the Lives of Fans

The NBA and Kaiser Permanente have a unique partnership and the first of its kind focused on building healthier communities and improving the lives of fans in the United States. The NBA recognized the power of having a leader in healthcare, Kaiser Permanente lend its expertise to help in improving and amplifying youth-centric programs and opening dialogue on mental health and wellness. We will take a deeper dive into the co-authored health programs and messages these businesses have developed and how each organization is approaching mental health for their employees, members and athletes.
