Catherine Wood is the VP of Digital Marketing for Ticketmaster, North America, a division of Live Nation Entertainment. In this role, she leads marketing strategy, across paid and owned digital channels, advocating for the fan, focusing on developing innovative ways to nurture long-term customer relationships, reducing churn, and improving fan retention and lifetime value. Prior to joining Ticketmaster, Catherine held positions at The Walt Disney Company and Nordstrom, where she developed a passion for connecting with customers, building brand loyalty and leading high-performing teams. She has a degree in Biochemistry and MBA from U.C. Davis.
