Named Executive Director of the USWNTPA in 2018, Becca Roux oversees all aspects of the union's business affairs and operations. Roux plays an integral part in helping represent the players in collective bargaining, especially around the national effort to close the gender pay equity gap. Roux spearheads the organization responsible for protecting player rights, their health and safety and developing opportunities for them to succeed on and off the pitch. In a short time, Roux helped create the infrastructure needed to foster opportunities that help maximize the players' value. She is an executive board member and founding partner, along with the NFLPA and WNBPA, of REP Worldwide, a first-of-its-kind group player rights representation business. In short time, the business has signed more than 25 licensing agreements for the USWNTPA.
