Brad Sive is the Chief Revenue Officer for TSM, the premier digital gaming platform that includes championship esports teams, leading gaming influencers, and educational websites. Brad joined TSM with over 20 years of experience in media and marketing, focusing on entertainment, sports, and esports. At TSM, Brad leads all marketing, content monetization, and brand partnership initiatives. Previously, Brad served as Chief Revenue Officer for Catalyst Sports & Media, where he grew the esports brand advisory business. He was also responsible for monetizing revenue across Catalyst’s verticals, advising brands on strategy, and building the company’s content and media offerings. While at Catalyst he also brought on Dr Pepper, Chipotle and McLaren as clients, and led the advisory for Fan AI and GumGum Sports, working to develop a combined platform to better monetize the esports sponsorship ecosystem. Prior to Catalyst, he spent over 10 years at ESPN where he managed some of the media company’s largest client portfolios. He has led league negotiations and rights deals with some of the biggest and most well-known brands and Fortune 500 companies. Before ESPN, Brad held significant sales and media roles at Time Inc. and Launch.com (purchased by Yahoo!) and multiple global advertising agencies.
