Inner Circle Sports (ICS), headquartered in New York City, is a boutique investment bank focused on the global sports industry.
Kyle leads ICS’ efforts originating and managing transactions on behalf of companies at the intersection of sports, media and entertainment. Kyle has arranged and led transactions across software, content and data, including: KORE Software’s sale to Serent Capital; Teamworks’ Series A and B funding rounds led by Seaport Capital and General Catalyst, respectively; as well as the acquisition of Baseball America from TEN: The Enthusiast Network.
In addition, Kyle has advised institutional investors on various debt financings in team sports. He advised MGG Investment Group on its financing to the Arizona Coyotes of the NHL, and more recently advised Fortress Credit Corp. on its financing to FC Bordeaux of France’s Ligue 1.
Prior to ICS, Kyle was with Hamilton Lane, a private equity investor headquartered in Philadelphia. He was responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities on behalf of a $600M fund. Kyle previously held advisory and valuation roles with Ernst & Young in New York City, and with ESPN’s International Finance group in Bristol, CT.
Education: Kyle received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a walk-on with the Irish football team.
