Geoff Reiss

General Manager & Vice President, Yahoo Sports, Oath

Over the course of his career, Geoff Reiss has played for some of the biggest names in the sports media and marketing industry, launching digital businesses and growing them through new partnerships and platforms.

Geoff currently leads Sports, including the Yahoo Sports brand, at Oath. He and his team are continuing to expand the sports media giant’s footprint with live and original content programming, fantasy product extensions, and new mobile experiences that enable fans to stay connected to their teams everywhere they go.

Prior to Oath, Geoff held top leadership posts with Newsweek, the Professional Bowlers Association and Twitter. He was also previously part of the team at ESPN, holding a variety of roles that included managing ESPN The Magazine, spearheading a lucrative licensing deal with EA games and developing the Peabody Award-winning documentary “Black Magic.”

Earlier in his career, he joined Paul Allen’s media tech startup, Starwave. He spent five years there launching websites for ESPN.com, NFL.com, NBA.com and Nascar.com, as well as overseeing the creation of ESPN’s Fantasy and Insider brands.

Geoff has also served as an advisor and board member for several digital media start-ups.
