Charlie Rosene

Charlie Rosene is an award-winning executive and producer of editorially-driven, innovative, factual content and entertainment. One of the original members of Red Bull Media House North America, he drove both content production and strategy rollout for the media company which now has distribution in over 160 markets worldwide. He has produced multiple films (The Art of Flight, McConkey, The Fourth Phase, Blood Road), multi-camera live remote productions, U.S. network broadcast programming, and hundreds of hours of episodic as well as one-off programs which are the foundation of the global Red Bull marketing strategy.

In 2012, he was Executive Producer of Red Bull Stratos. The ground-breaking live event set new benchmarks for digital content streaming and is the most-watched live stream of all-time. The project won a National Sports Emmy for Outstanding New Approaches.

Charlie is currently responsible for Red Bull TV’s live portfolio in North America, which includes sports (Burton US Open of Snowboarding, Volcom Pipe Pro, Red Bull Rampage) as well as multi-channel, multi-day music festivals (Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival). Red Bull TV is the company’s global digital TV platform.

Charlie was instrumental in the development and production of the Red Bull Signature Series on NBC, and also steered production for multi-year partnerships with FOX Sports 1 (Red Bull World Series events) and YouTube (athlete original digital series).

Prior to his time with Red Bull Media House, Charlie spent over 12 years with NBC, serving as a sports producer, and focusing major sports event coverage, features and live remotes in local markets such as Seattle, Washington, DC and Los Angeles. He is a multiple-time LA area and NY area Emmy Award winner.
