His broad range of work encompasses design solutions for pro and collegiate sports, including football, basketball, soccer, tennis, motorsports, and hockey. Jim is an expert at establishing experiential design criteria meeting and exceeding client value propositions. Jim’s background in retail, master planning, and urban design converge with sports giving him unique expertise in mixed-use and sports anchored development projects.

Jim creates transformative destinations which exceed expectations. Applying ROSSETTI’s strategic approach to design, called Return on DesignTM Jim has led the transformation of venues such as the $100 million renovation of Ford Field in Detroit, the world’s first motorsports stadium at Daytona International Speedway, and UCLA Health Training Center Home of the LA Lakers.
