As Chief Executive Officer of BSE Global, Brett Yormark oversees the business enterprise that manages and controls Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Nets, the New York Islanders business operations, NYCB LIVE, home of the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, LIU Brooklyn Paramount Theatre, Webster Hall, and the Nets’ NBA G League team, the Long Island Nets.
Yormark has oversight for all facets of Barclays Center and NYCB LIVE, including operations, event programming, sales, and marketing. Having joined the Nets in 2005, Yormark led all aspects of the team’s move to Brooklyn in 2012, including the rebranding that established the Nets as a lifestyle brand.
Yormark is a member of the Board of Advisory Directors for both the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center and co-founded the BSE Advisory Board, which recently expanded to include a London chapter. The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance and supports development initiatives and unique content opportunities for BSE venues.
Yormark joined BSE after a successful six-year period with NASCAR, for which he helped build the stock-car racing company into a major sports property.
Yormark is the proud father of Madison, 17, and Drake, 14, and is married to Elaina Scotto.
