As chief digital officer of Poker Central, McCabe is responsible for managing Poker Central’s digital growth and expansion – while also leading the creation of quality video content and forging of partnerships and new distribution channels.
Prior to Poker Central, McCabe spent more than three years as senior vice president of video for Time Inc. It was there that McCabe led efforts to build up Time Inc.’s digital video network and form partnerships with major brands to produce creative collaborations.
In more than six years at Meredith Corp., McCabe helped build and launch Meredith Video Studios, directing all business development, syndication and ad sales. Beyond Meredith Video Studios, McCabe and his team created and distributed content for Meredith’s major brands across digital platforms. One of the McCabe’s developments at Meredith was the first-of-its-kind national VOD network, Parents TV.
Before joining Meredith, McCabe managed the Eastern regional syndication sales team for CBS Paramount Television in New York. Earlier, he spent seven years at Universal Studios Television Distribution as SVP of program partnerships and sales, leading creation of their branded entertainment initiatives.
McCabe graduated from the James Madison University College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
