Ashlee is General Manager of CSM Sport & Entertainment’s Motorsports practice. Drawing from 15 years of global sports marketing and agency operations experience, Ashlee oversees every function of the Motorsports group from business development, client strategy and consumer experiences, to operational functions of the business.
Ashlee balances the sometimes competing agendas across clients, agency and competition to ensure successful partnerships are always the focus.
Prior to Ashlee’s appointment to General Manager, Ashlee spent twelve years at JMI, the world’s largest motorsports marketing agency (now CSM) where she rose through the ranks as a proven brand consultant, expert in program implementation, and business operations leader. From 2014 – 2017 Ashlee was Global Head of Business Affairs, where she was successful in working with clients to evaluate, structure, and negotiate commercially viable partnerships on their behalf. Her focus on ensuring alignment across marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders to prepare the groundwork for effective, long term partnerships, have simplified her client’s experience in the often complex motorsports landscape.
Ashlee started her career in healthcare marketing, and after a stint of travel across the US, Ashlee found her interest in sports marketing, landing with the NCAA in finance and legal positions, and at the United States Auto Club (USAC) in marketing and communications.
A graduate of Indiana University, Ashlee resides in Indianapolis, Indiana with her husband and two children, where she spends much of her free time engaged in youth sports and lends time to her passion of supporting kids in making healthy lifestyle choices. Ashlee enjoys staying connected with young professionals in the community and industry through mentoring opportunities.
