The National Hot Rod Association, the largest auto racing organization in the world, has come a long way since being founded in 1951. In 2016, the NHRA raced forward with a number of key initiatives, including a multiyear partnership with FOX Sports to televise NHRA events from the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series, the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, and the NHRA J&A Service Pro Mod Drag Racing Series. The National Hockey League’s Chicago Blackhawks, currently in their 89th regular season, have won six Stanley Cup Championships in franchise history, including three titles over the last seven seasons.
