Tom Wennerberg is the Executive Vice President and Director of Enterprise Data, Client Insights, and Marketing for KeyCorp. Tom joined Key in October 2009.
Prior to joining Key, Tom was the Director of Retail Marketing for PNC where he managed all consumer and business banking marketing activities. Prior to the merger with PNC, Tom managed the line of business marketing teams at National City which include Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Private Client Group.
Prior to joining National City, Tom spent 7 years at Ford Motor Company where he managed all direct marketing, interactive marketing, web site development, and customer analytics for the Ford and Lincoln Mercury brands in the U.S. In addition, Tom was the Director of Automotive Marketing at Ford Motor Credit, responsible for direct marketing, FordCredit.com, B2B advertising, and sports sponsorships.
Additionally, Tom has over 8 years of experience in the credit card industry with Advanta Corp. and Fleet Bank. During that time, Tom managed several different functions including customer acquisition, decision support, prospecting, and application processing.
Tom has a B.A. from Michigan State University and M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina.
