As an international speaker on branding, Adrienne has enlightened a variety of audiences including the National Restaurant Association, the National Association of Convenience Stores, the International Housewares Association and the International Shopping Center Convention. Her talks enlighten retailers and manufacturers on how to create brand genetics, how to deploy them and how to make stronger connections with consumers by developing timeless and universal messages.
Prior to founding AWC, Adrienne was with Applause, Inc., where she helped expand the Smurf's brand to over one billion dollars in revenue. After her successful tenure at Applause, Adrienne became the President of Rage, Inc., a gift manufacturing business. Adrienne received her BFA from Syracuse University and did graduate work at American University. She has served on the boards of the School of the Art Institute, the Gene Siskel Film Center and Common Threads. She is presently on the board of Metropolitan Family Services.
In 2016, AWC marked 30 years in the industry with the publication of Brand Buzz: 3 Breakthrough Secrets to Building a Winning Brand, co-authored by Adrienne and Greg Weiss (Simple Truths, 2016). She also launched a series of branding workshops with the mission of sharing best practices with corporate audiences in a range of industries.
