Gatorade dispenses Tiger news

When moderator Abraham Madkour asked Mark Steinberg of IMG about Gatorade Tiger, Gatorade executive Scott Paddock tapped the table in front of him and smiled at General Sports and Entertainment's Tim Hinchey, who was seated to his left. The product, Tiger Woods' own brand of sports drink, launched last month in three flavors nationwide. "Early trends are good," Paddock said. "Advertising will hit in the next couple of weeks." The product joins G2 as the latest addition to the Gatorade line of beverages. Paddock said his focus has shifted from the G2 launch to what the 2009 marketing support of the beverage will look like.
