NOTES: The overnight Nielsen rating for NBC’s coverage Sunday of Roger Federer’s victory over Andy Roddick in the Wimbledon Men’s Final was down 30.6% from a 3.6/10 for the identical match-up and outcome in ’04. NBC’s rating for Saturday’s Women’s Final, featuring Venus Williams defeating Lindsay Davenport, was up 2.6% from a 3.9/11 in ’04 when Maria Sharapova defeated Serena Williams....ABC’s final-round coverage of the PGA Tour Cialis Western Open, in which Tiger Woods placed second behind Jim Furyk, was up 22.2% from a 2.7/7 in ’04 when Stephen Ames took the title (THE DAILY).
