WIMBLEDON: The 2.9 overnight for NBC’s coverage of Roger Federer’s victory over Rafael Nadal in the Wimbledon Men’s Final marks a 16% increase from a 2.5/8 for Federer-Andy Roddick in ‘05. The 2.2/7 for Saturday’s Women’s Final, featuring Amelie Mauresmo defeating Justine Henin-Hardenne, was down 45% from a 4.0/12 in ’05 when Venus Williams defeated Lindsay Davenport.
