SportsBusiness Journal Seeks Talented Copy Editor

Street & Smith’s SportsBusiness Journal has an opening for a talented copy editor to join our experienced editorial team. The successful applicant will be conscientious and detail-oriented and possess a mastery of spelling, grammar and style. Must be able to write accurate, compelling headlines as well as improve headlines written by others. This editor will take the lead on copy editing projects from our research department and must be comfortable working with a large volume of numbers and statistics. Must be comfortable with online research and fact-checking. At least five years of experience as a copy editor at a midsize or large daily newspaper or comparable magazine is requested.
