As the league kicks off a new season, following a Super Bowl that drew the largest audience in its history, there still may be trouble brewing on the horizon. Owners have been grumbling about the collective bargaining agreement with players and may decide to opt out of the contract early, which would set the stage for an ugly showdown with players.
