In a special to THE DAILY, SportsBusiness Journal’s Scott Warfield reports American
Le Mans Series VP/Sales & Marketing SCOTT DUNCAN left the organization
last week to pursue other interests. Duncan, who joined ALMS in May ‘04, left
the series on September 16 (THE DAILY).
SAFE AT HOME: SPORTSBUSINESS JOURNAL’s Liz Mullen reported SCOTT LEVENTHAL
and DAMON LAPA have formed All Bases Covered Sports Management with offices
in L.A. and Scottsdale. The company has already signed Giants P NOAH LOWRY,
Cardinals P JEFF SUPPAN, A’s P JOE KENNEDY, A’s 3B ERIC CHAVEZ
and about 25 minor leaguers. Leventhal and Lapa in September ’03 left Beverly
Hills Sports Council, which “sued the two a few weeks later, claiming that they
solicited clients to join their new firm.” The lawsuit was dismissed in April
’04. All four of All Bases Covered’s MLB clients were former clients of Beverly

EXECS: ESPN Senior VP/HR KERRY CHANDLER will become Hong Kong Disneyland’s
Senior VP/HR in January ’06 (ESPN)....Gulfstream Park Dir of Marketing
& Media MIKE TANNER has resigned to take a position at Harrah’s new harness
track in Chester, Pennsylvania. Gulfstream promoted MIKE MULLANEY to Dir
of Media and expanded the responsibilities of Assistant Dir of Marketing SUSY
