ESPN Sports Poll Gauges Interest Of Sports Fans In U.S. Open

The ESPN Sports Poll, a service of TNS Intersearch, asked sports fans two weeks before and two weeks after last year's U.S. Open golf tournament how interested they were in the event. Those that were interested were asked to name the company they thought was the largest advertiser of the U.S. Open. The first chart below shows the percentages of various groups that were interested or very interested in the '01 U.S. Open. The second chart shows the respondents' largest perceived advertisers (ESPN Sports Poll).
